   universally-loaded one (IW/Schule/HW-admin/Chat/Projekte load it directly;
   none of them load this file), so it stays canonical; this file's copy was
   the redundant one. On Hub — the ONLY app that loads this file — the load
   order is tokens.css -> suite_layout.css -> suite_components.css -> (this
   file) -> suite_modals.css, so suite_components.css's identical rule was
   already winning the cascade before this file even parsed. Removing the
   copy here is therefore a ZERO computed-style-delta change (verified via
   before/after getComputedStyle fingerprint on Hub index.php + admin.php,
   see audits/audit_2026-07-24_suite_css-coredesign-suitecomponents-dedup.md).
   Guarded by tests/suite/unit/shared_css_contract.unit.js, which asserts the
   baseline lives in suite_components.css.

   Do NOT re-introduce the select/textarea/input block here — edit
   suite_components.css's "RAW-ELEMENT BASELINE (P1)" block instead, or the
   two will silently diverge again.

   Load order: MUST come AFTER suite_layout.css + suite_components.css (they
   define the :root tokens this file references and the .form-* / .btn classes).
   Do NOT re-add the old `@import` lines — Hub loads layout+components
   explicitly, so importing them here would double-load them.

   SCOPE NOTE — bare `button` / `table` element base is DELIBERATELY EXCLUDED
   from V0 (foundation) because it is NOT appearance-preserving:
     * Hub renders native unclassed <button> elements; a bare `button{}` rule
